Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. We do not accept returns on opened items unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

How to Return — Step by Step

1. 1Contact us — Email hello@nubisquishy.com with your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
2. 2Receive your return label — For defective or incorrect items, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. 3Package & ship — Securely package the item(s) and drop off at any USPS or UPS location using the provided label. Please ship within 7 days of receiving your label.
4. 4Refund processing — Once we receive and inspect the item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label.
• Change of mind / personal preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

Return Address

Please do not send returns without first receiving an authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Timeline

• Return received & inspected: within 2 business days of arrival
• Refund approved and initiated: within 1 business day of inspection
• Funds appear on your statement: 3–5 additional business days (bank dependent)

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are generally final sale. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Defective items will be credited or replaced upon review. Contact wholesale@nubisquishy.com for wholesale return inquiries.
