Free Shipping Thresholds
- Retail orders (1–11 units): Free standard US shipping on orders over $100.
- Wholesale orders (12+ units, i.e. 1+ display boxes): Free standard US shipping on orders over $1,000.
Wholesale pricing starts at 12 units (1 display box = 12 units). A full case is 144 units (12 display boxes).
Our Carriers & Fulfillment
We ship exclusively via USPS and UPS from our US warehouse located in Sheridan, WY. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from within the United States, ensuring fast and reliable domestic delivery.
- USPS — Standard shipping for retail orders; tracking included on all shipments.
- UPS — Available for expedited retail shipments and most wholesale orders.
Retail Orders
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders (12+ units) can be placed directly through the website cart. Ready-to-ship wholesale orders typically fulfill within 3–5 business days. For large custom orders or special requests, please contact us on WhatsApp — custom orders may require 4–8 weeks.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States. All packages originate from our US warehouse — there are no international transit delays or customs fees for domestic customers. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.
